Heart Attack! Stroke! A first and fatal attack?

Heart attack and stroke are normally associated as the first and fatal attack but if it doesn't kill, it leaves one's quality of life greatly reduced. Almost one third of cardiovascular disease are caused by high levels of LDL cholesterol (or bad cholesterol) and low levels of HDL cholesterol.
